Biographical Sketch
Brajaballav Pal is a Professor at the Department of Commerce of the Vidyasagar University, West Bengal. He has over 30 years of teaching experience including 13 years at PG Level. He has more than 48 national an international publications. Under his supervision 10 Ph.D. scholars and 5 M.Phil. Scholars have completed their research work. His research areas include PPP Model in Health Sector, Women Empowerment, MSMEs, Impact on R&D on Financial Performance,, Relationship between Managerial Compensation and Financial Performance, Debt Financing, CSR Expenditure and Corporate Governance Disclosure.
