I earned my MSc and PhD in Physiology from the University of Calcutta in 2000 and 2005, respectively. My academic career began as an Assistant Professor and Head of Physiology at BGC Trust Medical College (2006–2007), followed by roles as an Assistant Teacher in Biology and Assistant Professor at Tamralipta Mahavidyallaya. Since 2010, I have served as a Professor in the Department of Human Physiology at Vidyasagar University.
